KBKH Tower Destroyed By Local "Meth-Machine"texans Everywhere Are Proud Of These People? The broadcast tower of KBKH, 92.9-FM in shamrock, texas, was cut-down by vandals and local thugs during December, 2009. The station had problems for years when it became instrumental in bringing down the local district attorney, a major area drug/firearms and child pornography dealer, as well as bringing to light various other crimes committed by local criminals in public offices. Former district attorney Richard James Roach is eligible for parole, in 2010. No charges were ever filed against others in the area as Roach's appointed replacement was also his former assistant who immediately engaged in a large "cover-up scheme" so that she and her associated co-conspirators would not serve time in prison, as well.

Personal observations of the station owner: I had the involvement of FOUR (two general practitioners - one of which was the local city attorney - and two communications) attorneys who checked out the situation independently and each one of them OK'd the transaction. It was the local Gestapo (EDC) who wanted to re-write the laws to FORCE a foreclosure. The original agreement was that I would PAY OFF the loan but, the EDC decided that they did not WANT to have it paid off because, somewhere along the way, a radio station broker had advised them that, if they could force a foreclosure, they could sell the station for around $425k whereas the payoff on the loan was "only" $135k. They've pulled off this predatory lending scheme several times with other types of businesses and have always profited by selling the business (following foreclosure) to a friend or relative for pennies on the dollar (at a "semi-publicized" auction that is attended only by a chosen few or only a SINGLE interested party) and then having that individual sell it again at a tremendous markup so that they can divide the spoils. Well, the best means of getting anyone to understand this is to refer you to the affidavit of my communications attorney which summarizes it all and is posted (both it text form and as a scanned document) at http://radio-talk.net/shamrockedc/communications_attorneys_affidavit.htm and, while reading this, please keep in mind that the jury at my "trial" was told to "disregard the affidavit of the communications attorney as he is not licensed to practice law in texas and is also testifying in regards to documentation that is not of the state of texas and has no legal jurisdiction within the state of texas". That jury was also told that the certified copy of my FCC license was "inadmissible as a legal document within the state of texas and, as such, has no bearing at all with regards to a texas court proceeding". In essence, these goons have set a precedent by and through which ANY corrupt local district attorney can indict and convict a station licensee for depositing checks into their account that are made out to them! I was even able (by going to the federal banking commission) to force the local bank (http://www.radio-talk.net/shamrocktx/nbc.htm) to pay me again for advertising after the local DA had used the check (made payable to ME) to gain a "conviction" of me for "stealing" the check with which they paid me! The biggest problem there is that there is a tremendous sense of "us" vs. "them" with me being one of "them" ("yew ain't frum here" as the locals say) and "us" cannot EVER admit that "them" are right while "us" are wrong. Bottom line: It's a matter of self-serving pride and they will stop at NOTHING to be right. One of my attorneys once told me that he had seen the budget of the prosecution and that they had spent well over $250,000.00 on trying to come up with "anything they can buy" to prove that I had stolen $2,025.00 from my own bank account, most of which I had used on the day to day operations of the station and with the single largest purchase being a vacuum cleaner for the cleaning of the building the station was housed in. By the way, before anyone even goes there: The loan agreement that did NOT authorize these thieves to claim the receivables is also posted at: http://radio-talk.net/shamrockedc/loan_agreement.htm and that agreement was made with (and the loan was made to) people who DID NOT OWN THE STATION OR HOLD THE LICENSE. In a civilized society, this would've happened differently but, alas, this occurred in the texas panhandle and NOT in civilization. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
