THE PERFORMANCE OF TECHNICAL
STUDIES IN RELATION TO THE PREPARATION OF APPLICATIONS TO BE
SUBMITTED TO THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION WITH NO GUARANTIES,
PROMISES WARRANTIES OR ASSURANCES AS TO THE FINAL OUTCOME OF SUCH
APPLICATIONS WHICH ARE COMPLETELY BEYOND THE CONTROL OF MONSTERFM.COM /
BROADCAST TECHNICAL SERVICES. AS SUCH, IT IS ALSO EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD THAT
MONSTERFM.COM / BROADCAST TECHNICAL SERVICES CAN MAKE NO GUARANTIES,
PROMISES WARRANTIES OR ASSURANCES THAT SERVICES AND/OR RESULTS CAN BE
PRODUCED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME.

Limitation of Liability: It is expressly understood by the parties that
Client's application may be subject to a selection process at the Federal
Communications Commission
and is also subject to potentially mutually exclusive filings of other applicants beyond
the knowledge and/or control of MONSTERFM.COM / BROADCAST TECHNICAL
SERVICES. MONSTERFM.COM / BROADCAST TECHNICAL SERVICES shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by
Client including consequential financial loss in the event Client's
application is not granted, or for any other costs, liabilities, or losses
incurred by Client for any reason whatsoever in connection with its application(s)
including the fees paid to MONSTERFM.COM / BROADCAST TECHNICAL SERVICES.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE SHALL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
Unfortunately, as some of our equipment is ordered from overseas suppliers,
this must include orders for parts and equipment in the event of
non-deliveries caused by foreign suppliers. We will exercise all possible
caution and will take every possible precaution but, due to instabilities in
the international environment, we will not be responsible for any losses
incurred as we generally do NOT recommend such transactions. (In plain
English and without the "legaleze", if we tell you we do not have it
available and IN STOCK and you insist you want it NOW and "as inexpensively
as possible", we will place an order on your behalf to the best of our
abilities. If the parts do not arrive as scheduled, we will make every
possible attempt at collection them to a point of our choosing but, we will
NOT incur a loss on your behalf for any reason.)
