You CAN Own a Radio Station and We CAN Show You How!

MonsterFM.com will keep you informed of the FCC requirements for FM stations.

It is our purpose assist you in successfully preparing and filing FM applications with the FCC.

If You Filed An Application In The Recent NCE Filing Window and Find Yourself Involved In A Situation In Which Your Application Is Mutually Exclusive ("MX'd") With Another:

The Federal Communications Commission has announced an NCE settlement window that will allow applicants who filed applications in the recent NCE filing window to amend their applications to specify facilities that are not mutually exclusive ("MX'd") with others. MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services Consulting  provides affordable assistance to  churches, schools, civic groups and all prospective applicants, in obtaining needed  engineering assistance for preparing and filing modified NCE-FM  applications with the Federal Communications Commission.

These applicants will only be allowed the time between now and January 7, 2008, during which to submit an amended application. Any mistakes at all will severely jeopardize the acceptability of your application. You DON'T want to risk this!!!

If you are interested in having an amended NCE-FM application completed, you must call or contact us online right now so we can get started on the required RF spectrum allocation studies.

We are preparing a full update of this NCE-FM site and should have all new information available within then next few days and weeks.

Application & Technical Insurance

In addition to providing Broadcast Technical Services to review or prepare an application, we will also show how you can increase your chances of obtaining a license in the event of competing applications.

We can also file petitions to deny against competing applicants if requested by you and if the facts and law warrant such a petition.

If a programming time-share agreement with competing applicants is required by the FCC, we will negotiate and put together an agreement for you and obtain FCC approval. Fees for post-filing services, will be at reasonable hourly rates and in addition to those quoted in our "regular rates".

Reasonable Rates

MonsterFM.com exists to provide affordable, reliable and technically accurate broadcast technical & consulting services. You'll find our fees to be among the most competitive in the industry and our services to be among the best.

Many prospective clients have asked us why they would need a professional technical consultant to assist with filing an application with the FCC. The answer to this question is simple:

  • The FCC imposes very strict technical requirements on applicants and imposes very strict requirements as to who is eligible to apply. Because of these requirements, if your application is not in strict compliance with FCC rules and "letter perfect," with all of the required documentation and technical exhibits complete, it will be dismissed without a chance to file again!

A Personal Message to Potential NCE-FM Applicants:

Dear Potential Future NCE-FM Applicant;

Our NCE-FM application preparation services include: frequency search, e-filing your application, any technical adjustments, equipment recommendations and helping you file for the final license to broadcast are all included in our service. The rates are very reasonable, but if you wait to contact us until less than a full month before the filing deadline, the rate doubles. If you contact us within one week of the filing window the rates triple and, during the filing window, you either will be out of luck, or you will find that our rates have quadrupled! All services are PAID IN ADVANCE! We take all major credit cards, you may do a bank transfer or use PayPal. No future work will be performed without full payment in advance.

Why do we take this approach? We take pride in offering you the absolute best service for a very fair price and we would welcome you as our client. However, if you wait until the last possible minute to work with us, the quality time that we need to devote to you just isn't available and, quite honestly, if we're not going to be allowed the chance to do the very best work possible, we'd rather not do it at all.

Please, if you are considering filing for an NCE-FM anywhere in the country and an FCC filing window does become available, call now and let us put you on a preferred clients list. You will be notified when, and if the opportunity presents itself to prepare more NCE-FM applications.

Call our business office at (806) 256-1221 or e-mail us by clicking here and DO NOT MODIFY THE SUBJECT OF THE MESSAGE!!!. (This is how we're cutting down on receiving unwanted "spam" e-mail. We're pre-formatting messages and filtering out anything that doesn't "fit the bill"...)

We look forward to serving you in your NCE-FM quest.

Fair Warning:

When shopping for equipment and services for a broadcast facility, you should know that if you buy "cheap", you will get what you pay for. Guaranteed!

Now, with that being said, here are some items that you will not find us offering:

  • An "under $400" transmitter.

  • An "under $100" antenna.

  • An "under $100" audio console.

  • An "under $5,000" complete turnkey station installation.

We do not and will not sell you or set up a "toy" broadcast station. We will only provide you with professional services, equipment, installation, alignment and maintenance. This is a very serious business and, if you're not prepared to properly set up your station, you should seriously consider very respectfully asking the Federal Communications Commission to dismiss your application if one has already been filed on your behalf.
