All monies paid to MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services that have already been paid to the state for filing fees is not refundable. MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services, its agents, representatives and employees specifically disclaim any warranty beyond the limited warranty stated above, whether express and/or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Under no circumstances will MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services, its advisors, agents, representatives and employees be liable or responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused or alleged to have been caused by the use of our services. In the event any applicant or potential applicant fails to provide ALL requested information to MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services in a timely manner (in all cases, this shall refer to a date of more than but under no circumstances less than 30 FULL DAYS before the opening of the filing window affecting said application), MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services shall, at it's soul discretion, choose to either complete and file or to totally disregard said application while retaining any and all fees and/or partial fees paid for services rendered to this point. Should MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services choose to continue with completion of said application, there shall be absolutely NO warranties or liabilities, expressed or implied, on the behalf of MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services to assure the completeness and/or accuracy of an application in which information was submitted at any point in time which is less than 30 full days before the opening of the filing window affecting said application. (For the sake of this document, "30 FULL DAYS" shall refer to a time period consisting of the 720 hours immediately preceding the opening hour of the filing window affecting said application.) All warranties, guaranties and other assurances of a flawless application shall apply only when and if an applicant has submitted a fee of not less than the full amount as set forth in the MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services "rates" information (either "hardcopy" or "online" versions) in verified US currency for each individual application and when ALL requested and pertinent information has been provided to MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services in a timely manner (in all cases, this shall refer to a date of more than but under no circumstances less than 30 FULL DAYS before the opening of the filing window affecting said application). Although discounts may rarely be given in very few extremely extenuating circumstances, this is only practiced when dealing with clientele who have very little or nothing to invest and, therefore, very little or nothing to loose. Therefore, in any case involving discounted rates, there shall at no time be any assurances, warranties or guaranties, expressed or implied, on the behalf of the MonsterFM.com/Broadcast Services to assure the completeness and/or accuracy of an application in which a FULL fee was not paid for EACH SEPARATE AND INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION involved. |
